Kathryn Janeway needs to cut down on the four and a half packs a day nicotine addiction (raspy, raspy voice). Benjamin Sisco rarely left Deep Space Nine, that's the cosmic equivalent of a land-lubber.

Honorable mention- Christopher Pike.  If there was ever a starship captain that could have taken Kirk, it may have been Pike.  Unfortunately, we may never know.  But in the Star Trek universe, do we really know what to expect?  As for Jonathan Archer, only time will tell.  So far, Star Trek, Enterprise is a turd.
